Vic: Altercation outside Melbourne nightclub

A young man's been injured in a tussle with security staff outside a Melbourne nightclub.

Police say the fight broke out after a group of up to 10 people was asked to leave
Silvers Nightclub in Toorak about 3am (AEDT).

They say a man in his late teens was taken to hospital with minor injuries received
during the altercation.

A police officer was also assaulted.
